SUNDAY: Mostly sunny, warmer for the afternoon. Low: 39. High: 61. Winds: SW 5-10 mph.

MONDAY: Increasing clouds, breezy and warmer. Low: 43. High: 63. Winds: SW 15 mph. Monday night into Tuesday morning, a cold front approaching. This will bring a 20% to 30% chance of rain overnight. Some rain could mix with some sleet or snow.

TUESDAY: Much colder and windy. A 30% chance of precipitation (rain, few flurries) through the early morning hours, no accumulation of the winter precipitation. Morning clouds to afternoon sunshine. Low: 28. High: 42. Winds: NW 20 mph.
