We have hit the All-Star break for Major League Baseball, which many players get the chance to spend some off-time in their home towns.
One of those players is Tyrell Jenkins, who has been pitching for the Atlanta Braves.
He made his way back to Henderson Monday night.
He got a warm welcome from the hometown crowd at Jalapeno Tree.
Jenkins had his first start this past week for the Braves.
The former Henderson Lion got the call to the big leagues on July 16th, and has mainly been a reliever, and during that time, he has recorded his first big league strike out and throw down.
