Threat to “shoot up” Walmart lands South Texas man with terrorist charge

HARLINGEN, Texas – The Harlingen Police Department arrested a man in reference to a threat he posted on social media.

Allegedly, Jose Luis Gonzales Jr. used social media to threaten a Harlingen Walmart on August 11th.

Gonzales is alleged to have posted a threatening message in Facebook
Gonzales was found and placed under arrest and charged with terroristic threat, a 3rd degree felony.
