A Lufkin man was arrested Tuesday evening when he attempted to hide a device under his clothing to give a false drug test.
According to police reports, at around 5 p.m., Edward Roberts, 37, went to the Angelina County Probation Office on South First Street to take a drug test. While attempting to give a sample of his urine, a probation office employee found him wearing an object called a “Whizzinator.”
Roberts allegedly admitted to officials he had smoked marijuana several days prior to the test.
Police confiscated the Whizzinator which contained replica genitalia, a hose to clear plastic pouch, a waist band and leg bands.
The suspect was charged with false drug test falsification device. He was released from the Angelina County Jail on $1,500 bond.
