A fourth person has been arrested in connection with a frightening home invasion back in August.

According to Tyler Police, officers arrested Raymundo Moedano Flores, 35, of Tyler, in the early morning hours of Tuesday. He is charged with engaging in organized criminal activity.

Authorities said a man was attacked inside his home and then almost dragged from inside. When police made it to the scene, the suspects were sitting in a truck in front of the house. One person was seen throwing a gun into bushes when he saw officers. Another pistol was found in the truck.

Mario Villegas, 19, and Alexia Juarez, 19, both of Tyler, were arrested at the scene, along with a juvenile. Flores was able to run back in the house and escape out the back.

A warrant was issued for Flores and he was caught in the 600 block of WSW Loop 323 at 12:30 a.m. on Tuesday.

Flores remains behind bars on $750,000 bond.

Both Villegas and Jaurez have already been indicted.
