TX man accused of decapitating his victim

Following an overnight manhunt, A 62-year old Texas man, Raymond George Jackson has been arrested and charged with decapitating the owner of a southeast Houston auto parts store on Thursday. 

Enayatolah Khorsand, an immigrant from Iran was found dead in the parts shop late Thursday night.

A friend of Khorsand, better known as Andy, found his body beaten and decapitated inside the store he ran for years and called 911.

Jackson was caught on video from the store decapitating and beating the man to death.

There was no apparent forced entry into the store and witnesses told investigators that Jackson frequently visits the store.

Police caught the suspect Jackson at a home nearby where he lived with his mother.

Police are calling the attack on Khursand “brutal. They are not sure what motive the suspect had for carrying out the brutal act.

A friend of the victim said Khorsand helped many people including the man accused of killing him by giving him money for small jobs.
