More victims identified from hot air balloon crash

More victims are being identified from Saturday’s hot air balloon crash in Caldwell County Texas.

Family friends tell CNN Joe and Tresa Shafter Owens were among the 16 people killed.

They are described as “wonderful people who loved each other very much.” Investigators believe the balloon hit power lines before catching on fire.

According to the NTSB this is the deadliest hot air balloon crash in U.S. history.

Other victims that have been identified include: the pilot, Alfred “Skip” Nichols and newlyweds Matt and Sunday Rowan.
