Former Texas teacher indicted on capital murder charge

A former Dallas-area teacher has been indicted on a capital murder charge.
 
According to Star-Telegram.com, Cary Joseph Heath, 35, of Fort Worth, was indicted last week.
 
On Monday, October 24, 2016, Heath was was arrested at Permenter Middle School in Cedar Hill for capital murder.
 
Heath was listed as an eighth grade science teacher on the school’s website. The site also stated he served in the United States Air Force for 13 years.
 
On Sunday, October 23, around 4:00 a.m., Fort Worth police responded to a call in the 900 block of Buffalo Springs Drive on reports of a robbery. When police arrived on scene, they found two people had been shot to death. 
 
The Star-Telegram reports Heath admitted to the killings, according to the arrest affidavit.
