East Texas woman found after going missing from Shreveport hospital

UPDATE (7:00 A.M.) – Mary Conatser has been located safely and reunited with her family.

The Panola County Sheriff’s Office posted to Facebook just before 6:30 a.m. on Tuesday that she had been located.

The sheriff’s office thanked the community for their prayers and helping share their information.


SHREVEPORT, Texas (KETK) – An East Texas woman has been reported missing after being treated at a hospital in Shreveport, Lousiana.

Mary Kathryn Conatser, 79, of Carthage, was last seen at Willis Knighton Hospital on 2600 Greenwood Road. She suffers from Alzheimer’s and dementia symptoms.

Conatser is believed to be driving a 2019 Honda CRV silver in color bearing Texas tag LZM 5665. It is unknown where she was driving.

A model of the Honda CRV Conatser is believed to be driving.
