Husband of missing nurse and his ex-wife arrested on first-degree kidnapping and possible murder
Two people are under arrest in the case of missing nurse Terri Sullivan.
Her husband Samuel Sullivan and his ex-wife Jenny Sullivan were taken into custody Thursday in Mobile County.
Washington County Sheriff Richard Stringer says the two will be charged with first-degree kidnapping. However, he says he expects capital murder charges to be filed once positive identification is made on human remains discovered in Grand Bay in March.
The remains were found near a burned car on Grand Bay Wilmer Road. Terri Sullivan had rented the car before she disappeared.
Terri Sullivan was reported missing in January. She worked as a nurse at Springhill Medical Center in Mobile.
