The hacker who goes by the name ‘Guccifer 2.0’ claims to have hacked personal cell and email addresses of hundreds of House Democrats.

The data, also containing the contact information for staff members and campaign aids, was posted to Guccifer Word-Press blog Friday Night.

The Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee said, it’s cooperating with Federal Investigators looking into the hack.

The online persona is also claiming credit for previously providing almost 20,000 Democratic National Committee emails to Wiki-Leaks.

So far the administration has not publicly identified who it believes may be behind the hack, but intelligence and law enforcement officials suspect Russia is behind the cyber security breach.

According to officials, the individual known as Guccifer 2.0 is a name referenced to a Romanian hacker who pleaded guilty to hacking several prominent politicians and figures.
