It’s finally here. The real Election Day was on Monday.
The Electoral College voted Donald Trump the 45th president of the United States. Now we can get on with the presidential process.
All the threats and and bellyaching should be over. Probably won’t be but should.
I still remember when Chris Wallace asked Trump during a debate if he’d accept the loss if he lost.
Would he accept the outcome? When he paused and said he’d have to see, he was skewered by national media.
Hillary Clinton said the answered horrified her and should horrify the nation, but a funny thing happened on the way to the forum— she lost. And now, the tables are turned.
Since she lost, now the Electoral College is ridiculous and protesting a presidential outcome is suddenly patriotic. This entire situation is dripping with hypocrisy.
But… it’s over.
We have to move on.
That’s my point of view, what’s yours?
