A Lindale man has been re-booked on an arson charge stemming back to an incident from August 2018, according to Smith County judicial records.
Mason Reid Wyatt, 20, was arrested back on August 27, 2018, for allegedly setting fire to a hospital bed. No one was injured in the fire, and the bed suffered minor damage.
He was released later that day on $5,000 bond.
Wyatt was taken back into custody on Monday, May 20. His bond has now been set at $75,000 in the seventh district court by Judge Kerry Russell.
It is unknown why he was re-arrested.
He is charged with a second-degree felony and faces up to 20 years in prison if convicted.
