June 2016 – Isaac is proud to call himself an East Texan. Raised on a farm in Rusk County, Isaac developed a great appreciation for farmers.
Every summer, Isaac would help his father bale hay and irrigate the coastal grass. Throughout his years in high school, Isaac would travel across the region showing his steers and heifers in competitions. He would get up dark and early to feed his show animals before taking off to school.
After graduating from Henderson High School, he didn’t go too far from home. Isaac graduated from Stephen F. Austin State University in Nacogdoches with degrees in Radio/TV and Spanish. He would then start his career in Abilene.
After two years as a reporter at KTAB/KRBC, Isaac returned home to East Texas in 2016 to become a morning anchor for KETK-TV.
Isaac never misses a NASCAR race and is the happy father of two dogs, Betsy and Daisy. You can catch him every morning on KETK Today and East Texas Live.
