FFF: Private School Roundup Week 10

KETK - The Grace Cougars put themselves in great position not only to make the playoffs, but also to claim the No. 3 seed in TAPPS Division 2 District 2.

Grace defeated T.K. Gorman 45-39 Friday, improving to 4-5 overall, and 2-2 in league play.  With the loss Gorman falls to 6-3 overall, and 2-3 in their district.  The Cru has lost three in a row.

Brook Hill ran into a buzz saw at home against Cedar Hill Trinity Christian.  The visiting Tigers, who have Deion Sanders as their offensive coordinator, hammered the Guard 56-7.

Brook Hill is not out of playoff contention, but will have to beat Grace next Friday in order to get in.

The Guard, who have been beat up by injuries fell to 3-5 overall, and 1-3 in district play.

All Saints played in their first playoff game since 2011, but fell to El Paso Cathedral in the TAPPS Division V semifinals 43-7.

The Trojans end the 2017 campaign at 4-5.
