WORLD SERIES: Dodgers take Game 1

TYLER, Texas (KETK) - The Los Angeles Dodgers' bullpen proved to be too much for the Houston Astros on Tuesday night, taking Game 1 of the World Series, 3-1.

LA scored runs in the first and sixth innings, while Houston's solo score came in the fourth inning.

Clayton Kershaw dominated on the mound for the Dodgers with 11 strikeouts, only giving up three hits and one run. He ended the night with a 1.29 ERA.

Houston's Alex Bergman hit the 'Stros lone homer off Kershaw to even the score at 1-1 in the fourth inning.
