PAYNE SPRINGS, Texas (KETK) - Officials have identified the victim killed in a Sunday night residential fire in Henderson County,

Around 9:05 p.m., Payne Springs Fire Rescue was dispatched to a mobile home fire on Hickory Street in Esquire Estates 2.

PSFR dispatched Eustace, Gun Barrel City and Enchanted Oaks for mutual aid.

While en route, first responders were informed the mobile home was fully involved and an occupant was possibly still inside.

According to PSFR, the fire was extinguished quickly and a deceased victim was located.

The victim has been identified as Debra Schultz, 54. She was living in the residence and was unable to exit the residence during the fire.
