November 2015 - Caroline Hamilton is the FOX51 morning anchor in Tyler. She previously served as the Longview bureau reporter for FOX51's sister station, KETK, before transitioning to anchor in September 2016. The Irvine, California, native covers the latest news and weather headlines with a social media twist.
Caroline started her broadcast journalism education near her hometown at the Annenberg School for Communication and Journalism, University of Southern California.
Before joining the KETK news team, Caroline served as a news apprentice and assistant traffic producer at KABC in Los Angeles. While there, she worked in a breakneck speed environment with minute-by-minute news and helped cover the U.S. Women's Soccer Welcome Home and the Oscars.
Prior to KABC, Caroline interned at Fuel PR, an independent London based public relations agency, and also at CBS Radio for KNX 1070, the number one news radio station in Los Angeles.
When she's not busy covering the local buzz in the town, Caroline is active in charitable causes important to her, including the American Cancer Society and Families Forward. She enjoys outdoor activities, going to country concerts, exercise, "friends" re-runs, and spending time with great friends and family.
